Ministry of Communications: Taxi drivers who have been assessed as B for two consecutive times will be included in the list of bad records.
People’s Daily Online, Beijing, May 24 th The Ministry of Transport revised the Measures for Evaluating the Credit of Taxi Service Quality. The Measures clearly state that the credit evaluation grades of taxi drivers’ service quality are divided into AAA, AA, A and B.
The assessment of taxi drivers’ service quality reputation includes: compliance with relevant laws, regulations and rules; Participate in education and training and traffic accidents; Traffic violations, business violations, etc.; Civilized and high-quality service, safeguarding passenger rights and interests, passenger complaints, etc.
The "Measures" pointed out that if a taxi driver has one of the following circumstances, the taxi administrative department should include it in the list of drivers with bad records:
(a) in the assessment cycle, the comprehensive score of the service quality and reputation assessment is 0, and it has not participated in the training in accordance with the regulations;
(2) The service quality credit rating for two consecutive assessment cycles is Grade B;
(three) in an assessment cycle, the cumulative comprehensive score has been counted to 3 points or less for more than two times;
(four) beyond the prescribed time without justifiable reasons, without endorsement of the service quality credit rating;
(five) other serious violations or service quality accidents.
The Measures emphasize that taxi administrative departments should establish a database of drivers with bad records, provide inquiry services for taxi companies, and strengthen the training, education and management of drivers with bad records.
